    Appalling behaviour from these so called customer service officers. The person who served me laughed at me because I was feeling annoyed because of her offensive behaviour i.e. belitting me. The worker next to her was laughing too. Disgusting behaviour. Even made a remark as soon as I turned my back. These staff all need training in customer service skills to improve their communication skills.
